Within a one minute walk to the lifts, this is absolute convenience for your ski holiday. There are fifteen units in total, made up of three configurations. Generally availability is very limited with a high number of returning guests from previous seasons. While the apartments are self-catering, breakfast is available at the Mezz cafe from 8.30am and lunch from all the mountain restaurants. The Mezz Cafe will be open for drinks and dinner four nights a week and the Noodle Bar one night a week; takeaways are also available.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 for a stay of up to 7 days - $400 over seven days is required. No booking is secure until the deposit has been processed.
The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. No notice given but a confirmation of payment will be emailed. Insurance is available and recommended.

Be sure to make your bookings well ahead of time especially if you are coming in on a late flight.
Arrivals
If you arrive during the day tell the car parkers you are staying in the Apartments and then go directly to the Ticket Office and ask for the Apartment Manager, who will arrange your parking arrangements.
If you are arriving after 5pm it is essential you call me on 027 22 33 828 or 03 443 7341 ext. 707 during the day to advise the Apartment Manager of your arrival time.
Be sure to let us know if you have visitors staying on after the field has closed.
Please note that it is essential that your rental car be equipped with chains and anti-freeze. Ensure that you know how to fit chains if required. The 13km access road up the mountain is open 8.00am to 5.00pm. Key Points
- Check-in time is 4.00pm. If you wish to check-in early please advise before your arrival as this is not always possible due to housekeeping.
- Check-out is 10.00am. Late check-outs are not always available due to housekeeping schedules. There is a baggage storage facility available.
- All apartments are fully self-contained and have a laundry and drying room.
- There is a doctor on the mountain from 8.30 to 4.30pm
Catering
The restaurant is open 5 nights a week, Wednesday through Sunday, 5-6pm happy hour, 6-8pm dinner. It is possible to order meals from the Mezz café and Noodle Bar in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. Remember that if the mountain is closed these restaurants will not be open so you will need to be able to prepare your own meals. Bread, milk, washing powder & phone cards are available for purchase from your Apartment Manager. It is recommended to bring your own initial supply of bread and milk. We can do a grocery pre-order for you so that your groceries are in your apartment when you arrive.
Childcare
To arrange childcare or all day supervision including lessons for children 3 months to 14 year contact the Kids Centre. It is essential to book your under 5 year olds in advance of your arrival and we suggest you make bookings for all children.
