Our learn to ski and snowboard beginner packages at Cardrona are run by highly experienced professionals who love to help new skiers or snowboarders get up on the mountain and exploring the world of snow.
Our slopes are learner friendly with stunning views towards Queenstown and Wanaka.

Lessons, Lift Passes & Equipment Packages
First time packages include learners area lift passes, rental equipment and lessons and are a cost effective way to get you started in your chosen sport.
First timer packages do not require advanced booking, they can be purchased at any of our ticket counters on the day you wish to learn to ski or snowboard.
Specifically for those who have not skied or snowboarded before, the one day first timers package includes learners area lift pass, rental equipment and two 2 hour beginner lessons.

The multi day first timer package includes lift passes, rental equipment and lessons. On the first day you will get a learners area lift pass and two lessons.
Then on the second and third days you have access to all mountain lifts, you get started in the morning with a two hour lesson at 10.20am, then have the afternoon free to practice and explore.

If you want to learn at your own pace with your very own instructor, then a private lesson first timer package is for you.
