Here’s all you need to know about COVID-19 and your experience at Cardrona & Treble Cone.
If you are unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay at home and follow the Ministry of Health guidelines. Please continue good hygiene practices when visiting us – sanitiser is available at all our locations. Masks will only be required if visiting our on-mountain medical clinics.
If COVID-19 travel restrictions impact your ability to visit us and you’re unable to travel on another date, we will offer you a credit for Winter 2023 or a refund.
If we need to shorten our season due to COVID-19 and you’re unable to visit on another date due to travel restrictions, we'll refund you on a pro-rata basis, based on the number of days you have used your pass.
Refund requests for 2022 ski bookings must be received no later than October 31st, 2022, by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund/credit requests are not to be assumed and any requests received after this date will be at the discretion of Cardrona Resorts and/or RealNZ.
Any partial refund or credit value, where applicable, will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Pro-rata value will be calculated at the equivalent cost of a regular season 2022 day/multi-day pass (or applicable product) for each day the product has already been used.
