Ditch your hubby, ditch your kids, ditch your normal day slog - come away for a week and do something for yourselves!

Our Women's Workshops are run over 3 days with the same group and the same instructor / coach. The workshops are designed to find out exactly what you want to achieve and then tailored to cater for the goals of each individual in the group. The focus will be on skill development and increasing confidence to really improve the level of skiing/snowboarding. There will be video analysis and plenty of individual feedback.

These camps are presented by our top female instructors and trainers. They are all fully certified with many seasons of teaching experience.

The workshops are social, supportive and tonnes of fun.

When :

July School Holidays: 6-8, 13-15, & 20-22 July 2010

• The workshop starts at 9.30am on Tuesday morning in the Noodle Bar for a quick coffee and planning session.
• The day will generally go through until 4pm depending on the needs and energy level of the group.
• There will be video sessions most days depending on the groups needs and the clarity of the weather.
• There will be an evening technical session - your instructor will advise details.
• Thursday will finish up with a debrief in the noodle bar. A written ski plan will be given to each person to take away and keep working on until next time...

Advanced

Do you want to be challenged, improve your skills and enjoy continuity of training?

This programme is for advanced skiers  and snowboarders and runs from Tuesday to Thursday 9.30am – 4.00pm with the same instructor and the same group during the July School Holidays: 6-8, 13-15, & 20-22 July 2010.

Your instructor will show you around Cardrona. You will have an individual training plan and be coached over three days to really develop your skills and learn new techniques.

Masters

Our masters programmes cater for those who are serious about improving their skiing (racing or general ski performance) as well as those who want to enjoy skiing with others, get motivated and learn some things to make it all easier!

Cardrona is a great place for masters to come and enjoy skiing together on great terrain and also enjoy the cafes during the more social aspects.

The programmes are designed around the needs of the individuals and coaches are selected to best match personalities.
