Cardrona What's On: Don't Say the S-Word!
We're into the second week of the NZ school holidays and there's some STUFF in the weather forecast...
We've got a confession to make. Every time there's been *white stuff falling from the sky* in the forecast, or it's started *precipitating coldly* this season, we've been really excited and we've told you all about it straight away. And (let's be honest here), it seems we're jinxing it. So we're gonna stop talking about it. We're not even gonna say the word/s.
In the meantime, we're into the second week of the Kiwi school holidays and we're super excited to see you all up here for another week of family adventures.
All the usual suspects of info you need to know for the week ahead are here:
Weather Forecast
Here's the weather forecast for the next couple of days. We're just gonna leave it here and not say anything about it:
The team over at *ice crystals*-Forecast.com reckon there's some weather on the way this week. Definitely not any of those red numbers to see here, folks! Keep an eye on our Weather Forecasts page for up to date forecasting. *winky face*

Events
The first ever icebreaker Gromfest was an awesome day out with the next generation of Kiwi skiers and snowboarders learning about what training and competing are all about. It was definitely a day that made us all jealous we weren't grommies anymore...

We've postponed Pīki Maunga Rangatahi (Big Mountain Youth) until August 11, but next weekend we've got the second event in our school holiday calendar, the Park Attack Slopestyle. There are both U14 and Open divisions and you can sign up online now!
Terrain Parks
The first two jumps in Antlers Alley are open! The North Face Cardrona Parks Crew have been real busy bees – they've also got lower Lil' Bucks open so there's a whole lotta park to ride right now.
