Cardrona have teamed up with Coronet Peak to host a 4 race gravity endurance series which includes the Cardrona Peak to Pub, the Cardrona Super-D, and Coronet Peak Brake Burner and Coro 1200 in Queenstown. The Peak to Pub is a 1300 vertical meter single-track descent from the Cardrona Summit down more than 10km of continuous single-track & 4 x 4 trails finishing at the historic Cardrona Hotel. The race concludes with food, refreshments, and awards at the pub.
The Peak to Pub course starts from the top of Whitestar chairlift and descends Arcadia, Crankshaft, Mag Ridge, Persecution Gully, Johns Road, Shark-tooth Alley and Green Gully finishing on Hwy 89 at the historic Cardrona Hotel. Competitors should be confident riding grade 3 or above single track trails to enter.

Juniors U16 Boys & Girls, (15 and under on the day of the event)
There are 3 entry divisions for Masters, Open & Junior age (U16) racers. Everyone must complete a seeding time trial on Arcadia to determine the starting order for the race. Riders will start at 1-minute intervals with the fastest seeded rider starting 1st. The finish is at the Cardrona Hotel where food & refreshments are available prior to the last rider finishing and the Awards.
Cardrona are seeking volunteers as course marshals for this race. Volunteers will receive a full day pass in addition to joining the competitors at the awards for a beverage. Volunteers must be capable mountain bikers as they will be required to ride the course to marshal locations prior to and after the race start.
