Under 5s Lessons

Within our Childcare and Snow Sports School, we offer ski lessons for kids under 5yrs old. With specialist instructors for our future snow sports stars, your little ones are in amazing hands at Cardrona!

We’ve had kids learn to ski and snowboard as soon as they can walk with Cardrona’s Snow Sports School! Our Under 5s Lessons are all about a safe and fun introduction to the snow, getting used to the feeling of sliding and progressing to stopping and turning by themselves.

You can book Under 5 Lessons with or without care in our Childcare Centre. Enjoy a day on the slopes knowing your little one is taken care of and learning to ski or snowboard! We have two different types of under 5s lessons to choose from:

Private Lessons: Perfect for all kids under 5yrs who thrive with 1-on-1 attention, private lessons give your littlie the best possible learning environment. We offer private lessons for under 5s in both skiing and snowboarding.

Group Lessons: Older children (3.5+) can also join under 5s group ski lessons, with kids of the same age and ability level as them. This is a great option for kids who benefit from a group dynamic.

Full ski and snowboard equipment is supplied free of charge in our Childcare Centre for the time under 5s are out on snow with one of our instructors.

Terms & Conditions

• Group lessons are dependent on each individual child’s energy levels and enthusiasm
• Group lessons have a maximum of 4 children at the same age and level. 
• Rental equipment is supplied for all under 5s lessons at no cost, for the duration of the lessons
