The Cardrona Parks Squad is a freestyle ski and snowboard programme for both future and current competitive athletes.
We call Cardrona Parks and Treble Cone home. With the most extensive terrain park and pipe facilities in the Southern Hemisphere, and New Zealand's most challenging freeride terrain across our two mountains, we really have the best of both worlds to help your young skier or snowboarder become the best they can be.
Cardrona Parks Squad has a long track record of helping young skiers and snowboarders on their pathway to becoming professional sportspeople. Our goal is to introduce snow sports to a wide audience of kids. We aim to create an environment where everyone is encouraged to learn and progress.
The Parks Squad is for skiers and snowboarders over 10 years old who want to train all season long to make their competition goals a reality. Kids under 10 year-olds who want to learn about all ski/snowboard disciplines and grow a solid platform for their skiing or snowboarding should join the Development Programme.
The TC Freeride Programme takes advantage of Treble Cone's progressive, challenging steep terrain, as well as all the natural jumps, cliff drops and side hits. The programme is led by Freeride World Tour athlete, Sam Lee.
We also offer camp-based training - check out our information on this year's Spring Camp.
If you're an international team looking to train at either Cardrona or Treble Cone, please head to our International Teams page to find more information.
Our programmes, transport and homestay options for Winter 2020 will be subject to Cardrona and Treble Cone's Covid-19 terms and conditions. We're taking registrations of interest for all our programmes at the moment - use our online form to send one through to us.
