At Cardrona we offer on-job training to achieve qualifications that you can use in New Zealand & abroad. All new employees take part in Cardrona’s ONboard qualification programme, which is run by the resort & assessed by our supervisors.

On-Job Qualifications

Cardrona works with Skills Active Aotearoa, the Industry Training Organisation (ITO) for the snow sports industry in NZ.
