Friends of Sam and lovers of the mountain will gather before sunrise to remember Sam Finnemore who was an inspiring young snowboarder and part of Cardrona Whanau. After the memorial, anyone interested is welcome to session a rail feature built for the event. Thanks to sponsors, prizes are awarded for anyone who steps up and pushes themself to learn new tricks or showcase their Ski & Snowboard style.
