The final event for our snow sports athletes to gather from around the country and claim the overall freestyle titles
Date: 28th September - October 4th, 2024
The NZ Freestyle Nationals has been held at Cardrona for over a decade. It is run over 7 days and awards National Freestyle titles, including junior age division titles. This year the disciplines will be Ski and Snowboard Cross, Slopestyle, Half Pipe, a FIS ANC Big Air and finishing off with a Rail Jam.
Throughout the week there will also be FIS ANC disciplines held. Competitors can either compete in their age divisions from U8 – U18 or in the Open FIS ANC events. Athletes will however have to choose a division and stay in that category for all disciplines.
At the end of the week, there will be an after party held at Apres, where overall champs will be awarded.
